Normally my cousin will cook dinner but we just decided to go out and treat ourself to some foody goody, as i am dieting and doing workouts these days i decide to sick to all the sea food being safe than sorry (i guess).
I've been really unhappy with my weight for a while now so i'm now on a balance diet where i try and keep track of all i eat and how much too eat per a meal, i try to eat the recommended 3 meals per day breakfast, lunch and dinner and not to eat 3 hours before bed. It hasn't become obsessive but i just need to keep track so i can feel better and actually take care of what i intake. Glad that i can actually watch what i'm eating cause being in America is not easy so many tasty foody everywhere i turn
The workouts i do are taught by Tiffany Rothe she is a great trainer absolutely amazing i can actually see results in my abs are more defined butt firmer its just great :D i try to do an hour to two each day of her workouts.
